Priorities Survey 2018/19 - Tell us what matters to you in Health and Social Care
Healthwatch Cheshire West, the local independent consumer champions for Health and Social Care services in Cheshire West and Chester, are conducting a survey to help us to establish our priorities for the coming year.
Each year we ask the public what issues and areas you would like us to focus on and explore in more depth, which along with intelligence from other sources goes into producing our workplan.

We realise it can be hard to know where to start when making a complaint.
We can explain the complaints procedures of service providers in our area or refer you to our Independent Complaints Advocacy service if you contact us.
Cheshire CCGs announce intention to merge
The four Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) that operate within Cheshire East and Cheshire West and Chester have announced their intention to merge into a single CCG by 2020 in order to develop more integrated care across Cheshire, pending approval from CCG governing bodies.
Healthwatch Cheshire publish new Winter A&E Watch Report
Following on from our initial visit in July 2017, Healthwatch Cheshire have published a new A&E Watch report focusing on pressures around delivery of NHS A&E services in the winter period.
The report is based upon visits conducted on Monday 22nd January 2018, and provides a snapshot view of the three A&E departments in Cheshire, including the Countess of Chester Hospital and Leighton Hospital.
